March 2015

The second cycle of the Rabtt Fellowship Program has just ended with more than 400 applications received! We will be going through the applications after which they will be called for a Selection Conference during which the final selection will be done. The selected candidates will go through a training of 5-7 days focusing on exploring philosophical and theoretical frameworks upon which Rabtt as an organization rests as well as practicing skills necessary for success as Rabtt mentors. Internalizing Rabtt’s four core metrics, the fellows get to experiment with their own teaching pedagogy and creativity. Supplemented by a field learning trip, the Fellows get a gist which aims at understanding working environment and target audience during the summer camp. Each Rabtt Fellow will conduct 1 Rabtt Summer Camps and 3 follow-up workshops over the course of 1 year.
