RABTT FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2015 – SHORTLISTING

The second cycle of the Rabtt Fellowship Program ended with more than 400 applications received! After going through all the applications we have short listed 110 candidates and sent confirmation emails to them for the second and final round of Rabtt Fellowship Program 2015. The Selection Conference is the second and final stage in this competitive process. It will bring together final candidates who will be assessed by individual and group activities, and panel interviews. As part of the selection committee, there will be present members of the Rabtt Team, as well as social entrepreneurs and educators from diverse sectors. Looking forward to an exciting second phase!
RABTT WORKSHOPS AT M. H. SUFI FOUNDATION SCHOOLS, HAFIZABAD

Rabtt is conducting a series of 6 Workshops with students at M. H. Sufi Foundation Girls School in Kot Ishaq, Hafizabad. The workshops will take the students through different stages to ultimately foster empathy and sense of collective responsibility. These focus areas include identifying one`s own self and what defines us, understanding the people around us and learning the art of theatric impressions, taking lessons from national as well as global history, polishing thinking skills, and finally coming together as a team to bring meaningful change. During the month of April  Identity, Dramatics and World History-I took place which were highly appreciated by students and administration of the school.

DUPONT GRANT FOR RABTT

Dupont Pakistan Operations (pvt.) Ltd. is a subsidiary of e.i. Du Pont de Nemours and Company, USA. Dupont Community Fund (DCF) has awarded funds to 72 projects at 52 different sites in 15 countries — DuPont Pakistan being one of them. DuPont Pakistan has given a grant to Rabtt to help it our operations. DuPont Team visited one of Rabtt workshops on Public Speaking & Writing at Govt Comprehensive Girl High School, Wahdat Road, Lahore. Rabtt Team is extremely grateful for their support and help!

RABTT AT NUST

Imran Sarwar, Co-founder Rabtt, was invited to a session at NUST by Mariam Ishaq, who teaches Social Policy at NUST. Special thanks to NUST Public Administration Society for organising the event and for the amazing listeners

ARBISOFT SESSION AT RABTT WORKHOPS! 

Arbisoft has piloted their project in 3 of the Rabtt Summer Schools where they are introducing an App for Physics Practicals. The App is for students of Grade 9th, a session was held at one of our Girls schools and the response from teachers and students was really good. Arbisoft will be using the learnings from this to further improve their App.
